Get new Tension Rods.. All you will need is a breaker bar to get the bolts loose then you get some adjustable tension rods from AMS or somebody else. You can do the shifter bushings yourself they are only two little ones that are made out of plastic. Also if they have your transmission out to do the rear main seal ask them why its so much to change a few little bushing that took me when the car was out and the transmission off 5 seconds (yes 5 seconds).
I think you need to take your car to another place other than a dealership as you are getting some pretty expensive figures to get your car going..
